Why We Built This Site
Arkansas gives the public several ways to inspect criminal-record information, but Ashley County records do not sit in one database. Circuit criminal files route through the Ashley County Circuit Clerk in Hamburg. District Court records may be tied to the Hamburg or Crossett division. Arrest and jail questions go to the sheriff, Hamburg Police Department, Crossett Police Department, or another arresting agency. State conviction-history checks use Arkansas Criminal History through Arkansas State Police and ACIC. Bringing those routes together helps reduce wrong-office calls and missed records.
